*If you have any medical condition(s) that would affect your workouts in ANY way, you will need to bring a Dr.'s note before the first class. You are advised not to start any Crutch Camp sessions without it. It is extremely important that you inform the instructor of a condition in order to keep you from getting hurt.

*Sessions begin promptly on time. Bring at least 1-2 bottles of water to each session along with a full size towel or mat. Wear appropriate clothing for weather. Classes are rain or shine. If raining, workouts will be under Parthenon.

*Any changes will be sent as a text to your cell phone and/or emailed to you asap.

*For the 4 week fitness "boot" camp, cost is $200 or $25 per class. Cash or check only.

*For personal training and running sessions, please contact Bill for individual and package prices. Cash or check only.

*Gift certificates are available. Cash or check only.

*It is strongly recommended that you do 45-60 minutes of cardio 2 days per week in addition to the sessions.

*Crutch Camp is not affilliated with any gym or organization.
